I have notice something is growing near my vagina . It is White colour , it's not painful. It seem that it keep growing day by day pls help me out , tell me what should I do ?

Dear friend what you have explained seems to be possibly Genital molluscum or Genital Wart ( may itch) in any case you will have to see a dermatologist in person and get evaluation and treatment done. There are different options for treatment like chemical ablation/ laser ablation / or electro ablation or cryotherapy. Regards.
