I hv been suffering from groin pain from last 2 weeks which has improved ,so today I masturbated and I felt pain and burning sensations during ejaculation ,what is this?

It could be some infection or something else.  Groin pain should not be neglected and it's always better to consult a doctor. A proper examination and tests done by a doctor will help know the underlying cause if any and get proper treatment then. Also get checked for urinary tract infections.
