I have understood your concern see pain may be due to muscles over use and vigorous activity and
vitamin D and
calcium deficiency. With vegetarian diet Vita b deficiency is common. So you go for flexibility exercises to decrease tightness in muscles strengthen muscles by simple static exercises. If pain is constant go for physical therapy and take IFT and tens modalities which will relive pain immediately. I hope you satisfied with this answer.
