Groin pain

A week ago my groin started to hurt and it started to get better and last night it stretched it and i felt the musle when I was walking and it kind of felt uncomfortable. It feels better now but I'm not sure if i pulled it or not. How long do You think it will be until I can run again?

Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. • Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
