Groin hip pain

Im having hip pain since 2 years.. did mri of whole spine and hip. Hip mri came normal. back mri was dics mild rehrolisthesis and some disc buldge..No hernia also. did usg scrotum , report was normal.Went to chirptactors , manual therapist. Now also on rehab for streghting muscles.. What can be the cause. i have hyperkobility.im tired of this thing. Googling all symptoms and it scares me more..mri was took 5 months back. went to ortho doctor. he did physical assesment found negative test for laberal tear. Then only went for mri under his guidance. Physio says lateral pelvic tilt. Other says lack of internal and external rotation. One says. quads are weak glutes are not working.. Currently on rehab for improving internal rotation and wxternal rotation in left leg.. what can be the reason..

It can be features of sciatica which is most of the time mistakenly presented with hip pain.

Well, i can understand ur plight. As per ur description mri normal, clinical examination s fine. I need to see u n ur reports to arrive at a diagnosis n then only i cd give u a solution. Please visit hospital. Thanks

Repeat MRI Hip from a good centre. If rotations are restricted Hip MRI should show something
