I am having pain in my groin area and upper thigh. Its been 2-3 weeks. I took rest last week doing only mild activities and did icing sometimes to revover from the pain. But today i went for a match and maybe i played a bit to sever due to which i am feeling the pain again. There's no bruise, swelling or redness but i feel as if my groin area is weak and it has some pain. I can walk comfortably but running seems to be a little bit of problem. Suggest a remedy please.
