For the past few months, I've been dealing with a groin area injury. I can't flex my penis while erect, my testicles feel swollen sometimes, and my left testicle feels heavy. The muscles near my testicles and my inner thigh ache sometimes. Urinating is not a problem. Ejaculating feels weird, and hurts slightly afterwards, but my semen is fine. I think I have some sort of muscle issue.
