Hello Doctor, my baby is 54 days old and 2.7 kgs. Which brand of gripe water is better for her? Pls advise

It is not good for your baby just give only breast milk. Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby and still you feel any uncomfortable them consult with paediatric. avoid any self medication.

Don't give any such things. Only give breast milk. If there are any abnormal symotoms then take proper homoeopathic treatment. Giving medicine without indication or symptoms is not helpful.
