I have got such grey patches on both leg and foot. There is no itching or any other problems faced as such. Should these be treated or consulted for ?

It's schamberg's disease. Many a times seen in person who used to stand for a long period. Nothing very much to bother because it's only in skin and it's usually a symptomatic however it can spread. If you wish you can consult a dermatologist.
