Early greying of hairs is genetically determined and as such, there is no treatment that will stop this process. You can take pantothenic acid supplement (it is a type of B complex vitamin) but results are variable.
As for the oil you have taken a photo of, there is indigo in it, which colours the hair. It is not going to stop the occurrence of grey hairs.
