Hello I want to know that how should I consume green tea in order to reduce weight which also not effect the stomach related problem. Please recommend me as soon as possible

You should consume 4-5 cups per day at an interval of 3-4 hours minimum. Keep in mind that it should not extend beyond 6-8 cups a day.
