I've been getting green and yellow discharge from my vagina for a few months now and recently been having some womb aches I'm not pregnant for sure I'm not sure it could be STI's because my partner had only oral sex with previous partners

It is probably an infection. You would need a course of antibiotics. Best to get a gynae checkup and then start treatment
