What are the symptoms you are having. If no pain or cough or irritation, and only reddish granules are there then nothing to worry. If there are symptoms then you have to be examined for any other source of infection as granular pharyngitis is usually due to chronic infection on the pharynx. The source could be nose (sinusitis) or from esophagus (acid reflux) or lungs. Please consult an ENT surgeon depending on your symptoms
