Dear Sir/Madam, Please advise on linkage of Grahani (IBS-C) and shortness of breath. What are natural ways of treating gastritis,IBS-C and Hiatal Hernia together in patient. Sometimes this creates a shortness of breath. Suggest Yogasana and Panchkarma technique
