  4. Grade 2 fatty liver. Need any treatment?

2 month ago my ultrasound report says grade 2 fatty liver ,now I did fibroscan whose cap is 295 and stiffness is 5kpa ,do I need any treatment?? Lft is gud ,,,little high values in lipid but better than 2 month ago .I am non alcoholic

Weight reduction is best treatment. If able to reduce weight then no other treatment needed.
