We as a surgeon give priority to the patient's clinical findings on examination. Most of the time mri has findings which the patients don't complain about. Our knee has meniscus which acts like a shock absorber. It has anterior and posterior part ( horn ) and middle part. Posterior horn has a role in knee stability. If there is significant posterior horn tear patient complains of instability and knee pain on squating.
Next Steps
continue physiotherapy like quadriceps and vmo muscle strengthening.
Health Tips
avoid heavy sports like football for a few months.
