You will need to take meds for gout aswell as restrict certain food intake .
At the same time Physiotherapy will help to keep muscles flexible and joints loosened up
If it is Gout, you need to see a General Physician or a Rheumatologist for treating it. You will need medications and dietary modifications to help.
