In normal vaginal delivery plevic muscles stretch too much therefore we advise kegel exercise. But in ceaseian delivery no need to do kegel. Don't do it. Don't  take exersise as reason for uti... Uti is bacterial infection of urine and common after any operation... Drink lot of water and don't hold urine, do culture examiniation of urine...

Excercises has nothing to do with UTI. Give urine sample for routine examination and culture and sensitivity. See your doctor nearby
