I took medicine Ayurveda fit gaining weight .because of that medicines i ate too much .and my weingt increases from 43 kg to 52 kgbut when i stop taking those .after few days i got problem in my neck .i feel my neck heavy .like my neck is streching even i can't stand my nech nor i can study i am too tensed please tell me is this because of that medicines
