Got pricked by something

I ordered food and while opening it i got prick and blood started bleeding, heard many news before of hiv infected syringes in public places, so I am worried can it be the case? But i didn't found any needle or syringe don't know what pricked I tried to look for it but nothing was there? As a precautionary measure what should I do?

There is nothing to worry about in your case. But still if it's bothering you may get an HIV ELISA test done.

Don't worry you need not do anything. Most importantly HIV virus survive outside our body for very less time. It doesn't spread like that. And most of the news are hoax. So be assured and enjoy. And never do an ELISA test also, to get it positive one needs to have the infection for a very long time.
