Got a patch in beard

Got a patch in beard. Why I am getting this type of patch. How it will be cured? I had attached a photo copy for this please give me a solution do we have any treatment for this?

You are having alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes​ against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp.
