If a pregnant woman has hepatitis B or hepatitis C . So after delivery when should do hep b or hep c test for a baby ?

The Hepatitis B test is done immediately after delivery. In fact even from the cord blood.

Yes not only testing, immediately  immunoglobin is given and vaccination is done for the baby in case of Hep B. Also, during pregnancy monitoring is needed for liver functions for the female.
