Is it safe and ok to use tab, Domperidone 10mg  three times daily. and cap, esomperazole 40mg once daily or twice daily, instead of domperidone 30mg  + Esomperazole 40mg capsule ?

Yes it is better Taking tab domperidone 10mg one, 3 times a day, ensures better control of nausea and vomiting,  as when action of one tablet is waning, the one of another starts. Also it is easy to titrate the doses as needed, when molecules are taken independently as compared to combination molecules.
