I was prescribed Golbi 300 for elevated total bilirubin something to Gilbert syndrome but ever since that I m constipated. Only 2 meds i take thyronorm , golbi 300 I had thyronorm since april no issue but ever since golbi which was since a week i m constipated and gassy although i m having 3 meals a day.

Golbi 300 usually doesn't cause constipation,but can cause bloating.Drink adequate amount of water,if the constipation is bothering you,take macrogol once or twice daily for a few days

Thyronorm  may cause.  Gobi (UDILIV)  also. Add nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH . Duphalac syr15 ml for constipation if required.

Because golbi 300 is bile binder medicine and now bile is less in intestine so absorption power is less ,thatswhy you suffered from constipation. Add pantop dsr before food and take light and fibrous diet with adequate amount of water intake.
