A surgery of gluteal absecess wpund was done in june 2020 than patient fall down and now wound is healing by secondary healing can uh plzz suggest the besr oinment for this plzz...question is asked for male 25 years

Cannot assess , which part it is correctly. But the wound is not infected as far as we can see. Apply Megaheal ointment twice daily over the red / granulation tissue.
