I have done the GTT TEST as well . I got the report as fasting 179 and 75g glucose given after 1sthour 315 and 2nd hour 205 was my sugar ? Hence I want to know is this gestational diabetes or I have diabetes ??

The readings are in overt diabetes range. It needs strict control during pregnancy. Time will tell whether high sugars are pregnancy related or diabetes. I suspect it is diabetes
