You should get regular check ups at every 6 months and also get a baseline visual field checked for future reference. Also ask your parents and siblings for basic glaucoma screening. Avoid yogas like shirshasan and very heavy weight lifting. Maintain good general health as increased blood pressure can also increase eye pressure.

Hello sir, Based on the reports and information which you have shared, I don't think you have Glaucoma. You have large size optic nerve, which is normal. Just like someone's height can be 5ft, 6ft or more. Similarly the size of the optic nerve can also be small, medium and large.
