Hi. Right combination of Glaucoma medications is very important. Nowadays, highly effective medicines are available. So, if your pressure is not controlled by medicines, it may be due to wrong dosage, wrong combination  or failure of medical treatment in treatment in glaucoma. Failure calls for next procedure which include surgery etc. Iridotomy and glaucoma surgery are two different procedures, with different indications. Hello PI is option in angle closure glaucoma How is the pressure? If pressure is okay then keep using medicines If pressure is uncontrolled even with maximum medical management then surgery is option
