My left eye have +5.50 number,and right have zero number,pls suggest me how to reduce number of spectacles

Number can not be reduced by any medical means.You can go for Lasik.

You have two options: 1. Wear contact lens 2. Go for refractive surgery. In both cases your vision will remain the same  as your best corrected vision with glasses.
