My wife was on antibiotics for a week.. After that I had sex and saw my glans was having small red spots with thrush and a little itch.

Hello, Candidiasis genital infection is much more common in women than men, but when it does occur in males, candidiasis affects the head of the penis . Your wife might have had candidal infection. It transmits by sexual intercourse . You need to consult dermatologist or venerologist ,after confirmation of diagnosis you have to take medications. Stop sexual activity. Consult dermatologist
