I have glandular & fatty tissue 4.5x 2.7 cm well defined hypoechoic oval lesion at 7 O'clock position.. can you please give me any suggestions for dissolve it without operation

According to my opinion and experience it treat by ksharsutra and kshar therapy. Some possibilities it can be treat by ayurvedic medicine .......

7 o clock supposed to b around Anus..okk..it might b a glandular skin tag..Needed to b removed by kshar sutra ligation under slight LA..if No pain is there then u can opt it as cosmetic reason...okk
