Hi I am suffering from Gilbert syndrome and too much Gastritis and constipation since 2013. I have already done H pylori blood test result is strong positive n now bilirubin value is 3.1 mg /dl other parameter normal please suggest what should I do I am also a Lab Technician. H pylori IgM borderline H pylori IgG more then 500 strong positive

Take treatment for H pylori and constipation both. You can see  a Surgeon. Gilbert is going to stay there live long. Avoid alcohol smoking tobacco.avoid drugs that put load on liver. Always tell your treating doctor that you have Gilbert's so that they can prescribe more juduciously
