After sitting on office on chair I get pain in knees . I hv to walk for minutes to get relax. Both the side of knee. ...front nd back So kindly let me know remedy

hello there. you could use icepack on the knees, and do regular stretching exercises. if still problem persists then you have to show to orthopaedic surgeon. regards
