As I see your teeth,  the deposits are there in the front teeth and right side back teeth.  I can't see anything on the left side back teeth. Most probably,  this might be due to your habit of not eating anything from the right side. Only in such cases the tartar will accumulate even over the chewing surfaces of the teeth. You may be eating only from left side teeth because you may have pain in some teeth or gums when you eat from right side.
Next Steps
visit a dentist,  get your teeth checked. they will clean them and also treat any affected teeth on the right side.
Health Tips
visit a dentist yearly once at least for a check up and if required cleaning.

Hello The yellow stains or flakes that you are seeing on your teeth are known as calculus deposits. For this you need to go and visit a dentist and get a round of teeth cleaning done. Teeth scaling or cleaning is a very normal dental procedure that is recommended to be done every six months. As we eat food or drink tea, coffee some deposits form on the teeth and slowly slowly they become hard which are then not possible to be removed by home remedies or tooth brushing or any mouthwash. So these now cannot be removed at home on your own and you definitely have to go and get a round of cleaning done.
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dentist and get a round of teeth cleaning done.
Health Tips
If you ignore it, it is going to lead to gum problem and also you do not have to use your brush forcefully in an attempt to remove this.  Because again you will end up damaging your gums as well as your teeth
