Getting pimple like thing on the pelivic

I am getting pus or blood filled pimple like thing on the pelvic area. Previously when I asked my gynaecologist she said it is due to shaving and it will be automatically reduced. I reduced shaving but recently I did and got this again. Can some one let me know any tablets or ointment to cure this. I am attaching a pic for reference. Please advice
