Getting pain in half broken tooth

Recently my wisdom teeth is half broken because of cavity. I had check with Dentist as per their suggestion they will do teeth extraction. At that time i was not having pain but now it is causing pain. Any pain killer medicine can i take for this ? Please suggest

Hello Till the time you don't get to your dentist please do warm saline rinses and keep that area clean as its an open cavity so food might get stuck and cause more pain. You can have any painkiller which you are not allergic to and can repeat the same post 6 hours. Avoiding eating from that side and avoid eating spicy food

Hi,do warm salt rinses 4 to 5 times daily ,take tablet Hifenac P twice daily for pain along with an antacid.Also avoid chewing from painful side and eat a soft diet .
