Please be examined by your local doctor and have the following, 1. Gaviscon 2. If no relief from Gaviscon, try Omeprazole capsules 20mg once a day for a week 3. Ultrasound abdomen (check gallbladder, pancreas) 2. ECG to rule out cardiac cause 3. Complete blood count, liver function tests, lipase 4. Try antacid (pantoprazole 40mg before breakfast) **Management:** - Avoid fatty, spicy foods - Small frequent meals - Pain relief: paracetamol, antispasmodics (drotaverine) - If gallstone confirmed, may need surgical consultation Since Pantoprazole D didn't help, gallbladder pathology more likely than acid reflux. Get ultrasound urgently.
