Getting pain while passing motion, sitting, walking , getting up after sitting Is it the early phase of piles ??? Initially What type of treatment is good Please suggest

Hi dear, piles doesn't cause pain. You may would have fissure with your history. You need to go a physical examination for proper diagnosis and accordingly treatment required.
Next Steps
Take plenty of salads and fluids. stop spicy food.
