Getting fever to my child

Hi. My child suffering fever from 2 day's, fever is not constant it is coming and going , She is 15 month's old, weight around 8-1/2kg, I have given mefatal but still fever is there. Please help doctor. Thanks

Since you have not mentioned any other symptoms,I assume she has fever ONLY. Most fevers are viral in origin in this age. Just give plain paracetamol(meftal not needed),repeat every 4 hours if needed. Keep the child in cool environment,light clothing,and ensure extra fluid intake. Viral fevers usually subside in 3-7 days.
