Hello, I can't concentrate on my studies watching TV or anything my brain does not seem to stop thinking I didn't have this much issue, but after covid sitting at home, made me always to think instead of doing something, my major problem is with regarding sleep when I am going to sleep I keep on thinking about random things which are not Consciously thought even if I wish to stop think and go to sleep, this continue when I wake up also thinking so that I feel like I had not slept enough only my eyes are sleeping, I am not able to relax my mind, what to do, please suggest something
