Having difference of opinions is not only okay but important sometimes as we may get an entirely different perspective. We may see things like we never have, before. Even if the other person is wrong, listening to their view might make them feel respected and they in turn might want to understand your opinion. So it's not about what or who is wrong/right.
Now, about your feeling angry.. it is important to evaluate your feelings and thoughts. Do you feel irritable often or with any other thing? How is sleep, appetite, work.. any stress?
