I becme abnormal nd i cry often for small issues.i dnt knw how to overcome by keeping calm.at dat time i want to break smthng.due to dis reasn my husbnd calls me "Mental".i dnt like scoldng my parents bt my husbnd alwys dos so nd it makes me to get extreme anger nd i get tensed to.wat should i do for dis.plz help me.

Have you observed, when and at what situation, he pulls your parents into both of your fights!????
