Getting a light reddish saliva after sle

I get a light reddish coloured saliva after sleep daily in the morning . I brush daily two times but I get this problem daily . I consulted a dentist,he gave me 2 medices ( nor metrogyl & mox-500) but they gave me temporary relief after stopping them , I get the same problem daily ..pls find the cause & remedy to this .
