Please include plenty of liquids.water ,buttermilk,cold milk,fruit juice,tendercoconut water.,kanji. Include plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts. Walk,exercise,yoga for an hr everyday . Avoid fastfood,bakeryfood,spicy oily food.
