Hi, I am having gestational diabetes 24 weeks pregnant. My glucose tolerance test Fasting:110 1 hours after sugar solution :204 2 hours after sugar solution: 223. But in daily my sugar levels are quite normal like fasting in between 79-85, after breakfast it's like 130(mostly whole grain sandwich of 2 breads with cucumber and tomato). Lunch 93-110( white rice, daal, green veggies, salad) and same with dinner. But I didn't understand why in glucose tolerance test it's that high and even after breakfast specially with sandwiches
