Hi all am 33 weeks pregnant last week I had growth scan in that my amniotic fluid level was 19.6 cm due to  gestational diabetes doctor said nothing to worry just she told to maintain sugar level am worried pls tell me anything about this?

U have gestational diabetes mellitus, therefore ur pregnancy comes under high-risk, so it needs regular follow up and control of blood sugar levels...

For gestational diabetes mellitus  amniotic fluid index can be high... So keep blood sugar level  under strict control and close fetal survellience with your gynaecologist.

Yes... liqour is more in case of diabetes. But rule out other causes also..and proper sugar control and monitoring of glucose is advised.
