From past 1 month I am having fatigue,weakness,.I suffer from GERD from past 4 years and from 1 month I am having shortness of breath,from today bloating stomach also,should I repeat endoscopy or what should be done more.

It looks likely you are having hiatus Hernia, get your endoscopy and mannometry done. If it is because of hiatus hernia you should be cure with laparoscopic fundoplication.
