M suffering from gastritis gerd from long time...m taking antacid every morning from 20: years... even after taking antacid m not feeling good... what should I do I will take this medicine throughout Life...or I choose surgery If I go for surgery..then it will be completed cure?

I would advise you to get some more investigations and will advise accordingly It’s not wise enough to continue on ppi for this long
