GERD, Feels spasm in stomach

Hi Doctor, I am facing stomach issue from the past 2years, I consulted gastroenterologist, and got the report of esophagitis, GERD, I year ago. I Got relief after medication. But these days whenever I eat food lil spicy food, after sometime I feel beats (spasms) on my right stomach. I used to drink Ash gourd juice also to detoxify my body. I get burps too. May be digestion slow. Kindly suggest how to get relief from spasms in my right side stomach. Regards Deepak Kumar Chaudhary
