Hi GERD doesnt affect the vitaman levels in your body or vice cersa. If your GERD is affecting your throat sensations/ causing cough etc, please do have an UGI Endoscopy and a 24 hour Ph monitoring to assess severity of disease. Accordingly treatment can be planned
